Installation of PLC-based control and SCADA monitoring system for a production line.
An end-to-end automation solution was implemented to increase the efficiency of the existing production line. PLC programming provided synchronization between machines and minimized operator intervention.
With SCADA software, the entire process became monitorable in real time and alarms could be reported instantly. Production data was centrally collected into an analyzable structure.
At the end of the project, a significant increase in production capacity and notable savings in energy consumption were achieved.
